Nicolas Scott Homes was created by the 3rd generation home builder Scott O'Hara. Scott was born and raised on Fort Myers Beach and continues to live there now. Scott learned the building trade from his father, Nicolas, who himself learned the same craftsmanship from his father. This has created three successful generations of exceptional work and beautiful results! Scott immersed himself in learning and perfecting every trade required for residential and commercial excellence until he earned his G.C. license and now after many years leads Nicolas Scott Homes as CEO.
